Cops and firefighters Friday rescued a young woman who found herself stuck in a hard place — wedged between two boulders in Central Park.

They scaled the 10-foot rocks just off Central Park South and pulled the 21-year-old to safety.

Authorities said she may have suffered a seizure and rushed her to a local hospital.
