Embattled Rudy Giuliani-linked businessman Lev Parnas must turn over all his guns to authorities, a judge ruled Thursday.
The order from Manhattan federal court judge Paul Oetken does not clarify the type or number of firearms owned by Parnas, but indicated it was a new condition of his $1 million bond while facing charges he violated U.S. campaign finance law.
The soviet-born businessman — who acted as Giuliani’s fixer as the former mayor tried to dig up dirt on President Trump political rival Joe Biden in Ukraine — pleaded not guilty before Oetken last month to an indictment accusing him of funneling donations through a shell company to a pro-Trump political group.
He and cohort Igor Fruman are also accused of illegally raising money for former Congressman Pete Sessions as part of an attempt to oust Marie Yovanovitch as U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine.
Parnas, who lives in Florida, indicated on Monday he would comply with records requests from Congress as part of their impeachment inquiry into Trump.
His lawyer did not immediately return a message seeking comment.
