A “technical glitch” caused a city-run mass COVID-19 vaccination site in the Bronx to overbook 600 appointments for Wednesday — forcing the facility to cancel all those shots.

The bungle happened at the Bronx’s Co-Op City immunization site, which opened up earlier this month.

“Due to a technical glitch, appointments were overbooked at this site. We’re resolving the issue, and in the interim, staff are on site rescheduling appointments for anyone who cannot be served today,” a city Health Department spokesperson said.

As a result of the overbooking, 600 vaccine appointments had to be canceled, they said.

Those appointments were being re-booked for Thursday and Friday of this week at the same site, the agency said.

Some New Yorkers who showed up at the facility to get inoculated Wednesday griped on Twitter about the mishap.

“I watched one woman learn what was happening, shout ‘F–k this! F–k the shot!’ & storm off. Don’t know how serious she was, but I get the frustration,” tweeted user @rbrome.

The Twitter user added: “It’s upsetting to realize a web site glitch might be the reason some people *never* get vaccinated. Fix the site, @nycHealthy!”
