The family of the slain NYPD Officer Anastasios Tsakos has set up an online fundraiser to support his wife and two kids — and it’s already raised $50,000 by Wednesday morning.

He was the light in many lives.”

It was created “solely for the purpose to help support his two beautiful children and wife,” the page reads.

The GoFundMe for Anastasios Tsakos’ family has so far raised over $50,000. Robert MeceaNYPD Officer John Mantas created another online fundraiser, with Anastasios Tsakos’ wife, Irene, listed as the beneficiary. That campaign has raised over $26,000.
