ALEXANDRIA, Va. — A Bronx woman who conspired to steal $600,000 in gold and other heirlooms from dozens of South Asian-American families in Virginia was hit yesterday with a three-year prison sentence.

Melinda Marie Soto, 34, and husband Dagoberto Ramirez-Soto pleaded guilty this year to burglary-related charges. His sentencing is next month.
