A courteous cop stopped to help a wheelchair-bound man who spilled change in the middle of a busy Queens Street.
A neighborhood resident captured the act of kindness by snapping a photo showing the officer, assigned to the 104th Precinct in Ridgewood, bending down on Myrtle Avenue to pick up the man’s money.
“A member of the community captured this,” The 104th Precinct Tweeted Thursday.
“Officer Arata stopped & helped a man in a wheel chair pick up his change on Myrtle #NYPDconnecting.”
After assisting the man, the two shook hands and parted ways.
