Republican state Senate Majority leader John Flanagan charged Wednesday that Gov. Cuomo was putting Mayor de Blasio “in charge of setting the state’s agenda” by campaigning to swing the house to Democratic control.
“The Senate Democrats are an appendage of Bill de Blasio and City Hall, and it is unfathomable why Gov. Cuomo would want to place de Blasio in charge of setting the state’s agenda by electing Senate Democrats,” Flanagan said.
