ALBANY — A bill to name part of I-86 near upstate Jamestown the Lucille Ball-Desi Arnaz Memorial Bridge is headed to Gov. Cuomo’s desk.
Born in Jamestown, home of the Lucille Ball-Desi Arnaz Center, Ball was best known for her “I Love Lucy” sitcom series with Arnaz, her Cuban-born first husband.
