One of the late John Gotti’s most trusted henchmen yesterday pleaded guilty to murdering a suspected snitch ordered whacked by the Dapper Don.

Joseph “Joe the German” Watts admitted conspiring in the 1989 hit on sanitation exec Fred Weiss, who was also a former editor of The Staten Island Advance.
