ALBANY — Gov. Cuomo is telling natural-gas drillers to frack off by further limiting the areas where gas drilling could take place, an industry group charged yesterday.

But the Cuomo administration says it ain’t so.

Revised fracking regulations proposed this week expand already restrictive draft “setback requirements” from water supplies for drillers, the Independent Oil & Gas Association of New York claimed.
