David Paterson says he “can take a joke” about his blindness, but the governor isn’t pulling any punches about the bumbling parody of him on “Saturday Night Live.”
“By the way, I don’t bounce off walls and if anyone from Saturday night live would like to have me on, maybe I can bounce a few left hands off of them,” Paterson told Don Imus today during an interview on “Imus in the Morning.”
Last weekend, SNL cast member Fred Armisen, who has repeatedly portrayed Paterson as a confused, New Jersey-hating circus act, mocked Paterson’s widely criticized request that New Yorkers judge him for what he says, not what he accomplishes.
