New York Gov. Kathy Hochul’s approval rating is at its lowest level ever.

Only 38% of Empire State voters gave Hochul a thumbs up, with 49% saying they disapprove of her job performance, in a Siena College poll released Thursday.

A whopping 81% of Republicans who participated in the survey — conducted last week — said they disapproved of the governor.

She also isn’t winning over a huge number of fellow Democrats, with only 56% saying they view her favorably.

Hochul is struggling with independents and third-party voters, too, with 61% viewing her unfavorably in the poll.

“When it comes to various Hochul characteristics, the partisan divide remains between Democrats on one side and Republicans joined by independents on the other side,” Siena poll spokesperson Steve Greenberg said.

June is the second consecutive month where Siena’s poll shows Hochul’s approval rating at 38%.

Her favorability has hovered around 40% over the last year, reaching a high of 45% in January.

Hochul’s numbers are even sagging below those of President Biden, who 42% of respondents viewed favorably.

The governor is in the second year of her first full term after winning her election bid in 2022.

She’d been serving in the role since 2021 after the resignation of disgraced ex-Gov. Andrew Cuomo.

The Siena poll includes responses from 805 registered New York voters with a margin of error of 4.1%.
