A Rockland County man accused of making death threats on Facebook against Gov. Cuomo and Mayor Bloomberg has been indicted by a federal grand jury.
Lawrence Mulqueen, of Nanuet, is also accused of threatening congressional leaders Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi.
His lawyer, Susanne Brody, did not immediately return a call seeking comment Friday. She said last week that Mulqueen may be suffering from delusions.
Police found two rifles at his home.
