ALBANY — Gov. Cuomo yesterday set March 20 as the date for a special election to fill the Brooklyn seat of crooked ex-state Sen. Carl Kruger, sources said.

Cuomo also scheduled special elections the same day for four open upstate Assembly seats, including that of Michael Spano, who left the Legislature to be mayor of Yonkers.

The other open seats include those of two assemblymen who were elected to local office and one who died.

Kruger pleaded guilty to felony charges recently and automatically surrendered his seat.

All state legislative seats are up for a vote in November for two-year terms.
