Gov’s final calling
ALBANY — Lame-duck Gov. Paterson yesterday confirmed a report in The Post and called what is expected to be a final session of the Legislature for Nov. 29.
The session will authorize the spending of $700 million in federal education aid while cutting overall state spending and, possibly, win confirmation of several political cronies.
