Gramps’ death leap
A retired doorman leaped to his death from the roof of his Bronx home yesterday as he was walking his grandson to school.
Raphael Frias, 67, left 5-year-old James in the stairwell of their five-story Inwood building, telling the child he’d “heard something” on the roof. He then climbed to the roof and jumped.
