A grand jury is weighing evidence against the scofflaw driver who fatally mowed down two Park Slope kids earlier this year, according to law-enforcement sources.

It is unclear what charges are being considered against driver Dorothy Bruns, 44, of Staten Island, but they will likely revolve around her medical records and what doctors may have advised her regarding her multiple sclerosis and heart problems, sources have said.

Bruns is believed to have had a seizure on the day of the accident, right before fatally running over 1-year-old Joshua Lew and 4-year-old Abigail Blumenstein.

Records show she already had a serious driving problem — racking up 12 violations since 2016 for a slew of offenses, including speeding in school zones and running red lights.

Bruns told cops that she had been waiting at an intersection for a light to change and accidentally hit her accelerator just as the children were crossing the street with their mothers, according to sources.

She wound up hitting all four of them but was never charged.
