A Queens grandmother was fatally mowed down by an MTA bus yesterday as she crossed a busy intersection with her shopping cart, police said.

Consuelo Sanchez was struck by a Q10 bus that was making a turn from Lefferts to Rockaway boulevards in Ozone Park at around 10 a.m., authorities said.

The driver was not charged.

Sanchez, 81, had eight sons and five daughters and “many” grandchildren, said a son, Nelson Sanchez, 55. Her 85-year-old husband is in a nursing home.

“She loved everyone. She was a very powerful woman — a powerhouse,” her son said.
