He fired the stray bullet that killed a beloved 92-year-old Bronx grandmother — but he wasn’t man enough to say he was sorry about it.

Callous, careless gunman Jamal Blair, 20, refused to apologize as he landed 14 years in prison yesterday for the Oct. 20, 2009, death of religious-education teacher Sadie Mitchell.

Blair got the deal in exchange for pleading guilty to charges of second-degree manslaughter and gun possession.

But when asked if he had anything to say, he flatly stated, “No.”
