A loving grandmother who took in her grandson after the boy’s mother died was strangled in her Queens home, and her grandson may be the killer, sources said yesterday.

The grandson, Christopher Jackson, 26, was charged with murder hours after the body of Rosemary Little, 62, was found Monday night underneath a staircase in her Jamaica home.
