The Lawn at Lincoln Center Plaza, a sprawling, 10,000-square-feet green oasis, will open to tomorrow to the public.

The site, which can host picnics before the Philharmonic, opera or ballet, sits atop a new, yet-to-be-named Italian restaurant.
