The fundraiser for Congressional hopeful Michael Grimm at the Women’s National Republican Club tonight — headlined by Rudy Giuliani — will be taking place smack next to a New York Young Republicans Club meeting that the candidate’s primary rival Michael Allegretti will be addressing.

Grimm is set to be on one floor of the storied club for his event, which is expected to be attended by longtime Giuliani advisers Tony Carbonetti and Denny Young, as well as former staffer Rich Wager and Giuliani Partners co-founder Eric Hatzimemos.

On the floor below will be the YR meeting, where Allegretti is the guest speaker tonight.

The two are facing off for the right to challenge Rep. Mike McMahon on Staten Island.
