Authorities are trying to confirm whether the body of a woman found in the trunk of a car in Brooklyn is that of a missing Long Island woman.

Rose Ormejuste vanished last month, the same day her husband and son were slain inside their Elmont home. The car owned by her son, Guerby Ormejuste, was found Tuesday in East Flatbush with a woman’s body in the trunk.
