Vito Lopez is keeping his mouth shut.

The disgraced lawmaker won’t testify before the state ethics commission looking into sexual-harassment claims against him, according to a report published yesterday.

Lopez’s lawyer, Gerald Lefcourt, has advised the former Brooklyn Democratic Party chairman not to testify to a panel probing claims by ex-staffers that he groped and kissed them, or to a parallel inquiry by a special prosecutor, The New York Times reported. Lefcourt cited an ongoing criminal probe for the refusal.

“Until we know what it is the district attorney is looking at specifically, my advice is to supply all the information we can short of having Mr. Lopez testify,” Lefcourt told the Times.

Lopez was accused of groping two staffers and it was later learned he settled with two other accusers for $103,080.
