A Queens deliveryman busted for raping four women over six years admitted to the heinous crimes yesterday, just minutes before jury selection was to begin for his trial.

Mauricio Rosales, 34 of Jamaica, was allowed to plead down to sexually assaulting the women — including a 12-year-old girl — at knifepoint and robbing them.

The Mexican immigrant agreed to the plea in exchange for 25 years in prison.

Rosales was linked to the rapes, which occurred between 2000 to 2005, after he pleaded guilty in November 2009 to a petty-larceny charge and had to give a DNA sample. Investigators matched it with the attacks in 2000 and 2003.

Queens Supreme Court Justice Richard Buchter will sentence Rosales on Aug. 22.
