A New Jersey guitar teacher was accused of spanking one of his young students for his own sexual gratification, authorities said yesterday.

Monmouth County prosecutors say 60-year-old Frank Dilberto Jr., of Manalapan, was charged Thursday with sexual assault of a child under 13, for touching the buttocks of the child, as well as child endangerment.
