A handgun was found stashed under an interrogation room table inside an NYPD stationhouse in Queens — where at least eight people were interviewed, police sources told The Post on Wednesday.
Detectives at the 107th Precinct in Fresh Meadows discovered the Raven Arms .25-caliber handgun shortly after 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, the sources said.
Police reviewed surveillance footage of the last eight interviews conducted inside the room but said none of them were seen stashing the gun under the small interrogation table.
It’s unclear how long the weapon was in the room, but a police source told The Post the gun was not loaded.
A surveillance camera in the room isn’t always turned on when there is someone inside, the source said, adding that “sometimes it could be a witness.”
The weapon was turned over to the NYPD Evidence Collection Team.
