Two armed men picked up a 1-year-old boy and put a gun to his head while robbing a Brooklyn apartment, police said.

The two suspects broke into an apartment on East 49th Street on Tuesday afternoon shortly after 1:30 p.m., according to cops.

As they entered the East Flatbush apartment, one of the suspects picked up a 1-year-old boy and put a gun to his head while both men demanded the victim’s property.

“They put a gun to a baby’s head as a hostage to rob this family,” a police source said. “Very sinister stuff.”

The child was not harmed and the crooks made off with electronics and sneakers.

One of the suspects is described as a man between 20 and 25 years old, standing about 6 feet 1 and last seen wearing a red hooded sweatshirt and tan pants.

The second suspect is a man also between 20 and 25, standing 5 feet 5 and last seen wearing dark clothing, according to police.

Cops on Wednesday night released surveillance video of the suspects before they broke into the apartment.
