A Bronx judge yesterday threw out a request to reduce bail for a 15-year-old accused in the bike-by shooting of 8-year-old Armando Bigo.

Eduardo Rodriguez’s lawyer wanted the bail lowered from $250,000 to $5,000. He claimed his client wasn’t a flight risk and noted that there was just one witness to what happened Feb. 21 at a Soundview bodega.

Armando, meanwhile, was released from the hospital Monday.
