A Queens jury yesterday acquitted a man accused of stealing guns from a police station house’s lockers.
Prosecutors had said Ronald DeShields, 34, sneaked into the 103rd Precinct station house last January, swiped cop paraphernalia, and then sold a weapon in Brooklyn for $100 as part of buyback.
But jurors said the DA did not prove that DeShields — who has a long record of impersonating cops and firefighters — was actually the thief.
