A Pennsylvania driver was busted with a gun, ammo, and pot paraphernalia outside the Holland Tunnel on the New Jersey side this morning, authorities said.

Corey Schrier, 24, was heading through the toll plaza towards Manhattan about 8:30 a.m. when a Port Authority Police officer spotted a box of ammo in the backseat of his Mitsubishi SUV.

The clueless Schrier — who was also driving without a seat belt — was pulled over and asked the cop, “what the gun laws are in New Jersey?” according to PAPD spokesperson Joseph Pentangelo.

Schrier admitted he had a gun, and cops found a loaded Beretta 9 mm pistol and two additional magazines in the glove box.

Also recovered were numerous weed-smoking tools — including a bong, a grinder, several pipes, and a Zippo lighter with the words “legalize cannabis,” inscribed on it.

He was charged with weapon and drug paraphernalia possession.
