A gun-toting thug opened fire during a robbery in The Bronx and nearly wounded a gas-station clerk, a video released by cops reveals.

Two men, one in a green hard hat, walked into the Third Avenue Shell gas station near East 137th Street in Mott Haven around 3:25 a.m. Sunday, according to police.

It appears the man in the green helmet fired one round toward the victim but struck the floor. He ran to the register and swiped $1,000 in cash, police said.

His accomplice, armed with a crowbar, stood near the front entrance as the helpless worker ducked for cover.

They fled in an unknown direction.

There were no reported injuries.
