A cold-blooded gunman was caught on video as he approached a Bronx man from behind and fatally shot him at point-blank range.

Luis Garcia, 40, is seen on the surveillance footage as he walks down the street on Westchester and Trinity avenues — about a two-minute walk from his home — at 8:40 a.m. Thursday in Melrose, cops said.

The suspect creeps up to deliver a fatal round into Garcia’s head. He was pronounced dead at Lincoln Hospital, authorities said.
