One of the gunmen in a shootout between Brooklyn cops and two other suspects is in police custody, cops said Thursday.

Plainclothed officers in an unmarked vehicle at Park Avenue and North Portland Avenue in Wallabout confronted three men who were arguing with each other at 10:30 p.m., the sources said.

The men opened fire on the officers, who returned fire as they fled on foot, cops said. The gun was recovered at the scene.

One of the suspects was found in Beth Israel Hospital with a gunshot wound to the leg, cops said.

Two other suspects are still at large.
