A gun-toting man shot and critically injured a 41-year-old man in Brooklyn — and the horrific incident was caught on surveillance video, cops said.

The victim was standing in front of a bodega at Stanley and Van Siclen avenues in East New York with a small dog and another person around 8:15 p.m. Sunday when the gunman came into the frame, walking briskly up the block with both hands stuffed in his front pockets.

The gunman suddenly pulled a firearm from his left pocket, aimed at the victim’s head at point-blank range and fired a single round, cops said.

The victim then grabbed his face and took off running, the video shows.

The suspect, approximately 6 feet 3 and 250 pounds, was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, blue jeans and sneakers, and he has close-cut hair, cops said.

The victim was taken to Brookldale Hospital in critical condition and is unable to talk to police, sources said.
