A 25-year-old man who was mortally wounded after being shot multiple times crashed his car just outside of Brooklyn Hospital Sunday night, cops said.

The victim was discovered in his vehicle at about 10:40 p.m. near Ashland Place and Dekalb Avenue, with gunshot wounds to his torso and left arm.

He was rushed across the street to the hospital, where he died.
