A 50-year-old Lower East Side cougar’s wallet, iPhone, cash and credit cards were swiped following a disastrous blind date, cops said yesterday.

The victim met the man, in his late 20s, on a dating Web site, Plenty of Fish. They went to the Orchard Street watering hole Lucky Jack Bar March 9.

When the evening was over, the victim drove the man, who called himself Hayden, to the Second Avenue subway station.

She then realized he had lifted the loot from her car.
