GW gridlock back
Drivers who had been steering clear of the George Washington Bridge because of construction are returning to their old routes — and causing delays of up to 40 minutes, a study shows.
The motorists began returning on July 20, six days after the start of work on the Alexander Hamilton Bridge, said the traffic-analysis firm INRIX.
