Port Authority police busted a trucker trying to beat the pricey George Washington Bridge toll early yesterday, authorities said.

Ashwin Kumar, 28, was charged with theft of service after an officer saw him near the Jersey side of the bridge trying to cover his license plate with duct tape, PA spokesman Al Della Fave said.
