A Manhattan man allegedly used a meat cleaver to kill his neighbor’s dog after it bit his own pooch.

The bloody deed took place in Inwood last Friday when Laura Simpson tied Grumpy to the stairs, and her neighbor’s dog got in a fight with the pit-bull mix.

“The man came out with a meat cleaver and he just started hitting the dog on its back,” said witness Cecilia Reyes.
