A cabby who miraculously survived after an SUV plunged onto the roof of his taxi said yesterday, “I can’t imagine driving again,”

Atif Raza, 23, escaped his yellow cab relatively unscathed Saturday after the SUV, with seven passengers, catapulted from an elevated section of the FDR Drive and landed on his taxi 20 feet below.

The people in the SUV fared worse — one lost a leg.
