Maybe they should call it the not-so-naked city.

A Manhattan judge yesterday ruled in favor of city regulations aimed at closing all of the so-called “60-40” strip clubs doing business in the Big Apple.

The topless joints, including Ten’s Cabaret in Chelsea and Lace in Midtown, contended that they were no longer adult businesses because the majority of their floor space — 60 percent or more — was used for “non-adult” entertainment, such as a restaurant or comedy club.

The ruling affects 20 clubs around the city. The lawyer for the clubs declined comment.
