Hammer hooligan busted

It was a sight a 46-year-old Nostrand Avenue man didn’t expect to see through his newly formed peep-hole: a disgruntled co-worker aiming the business end of a sledgehammer at his door.

But it was this near eye-popping visual – both literally and figuratively – that led police to Lenron Goode, 44, who was arrested for menacing this week.

Officials said that Goode and his victim had been involved in a few “on the job” blow-ups in the past.

But at 5:30 p.m. on November 2, the victim never expected that Goode would show up at his door, especially with a sledgehammer in his hand, police alleged.

Goode allegedly broke through the door with the sledgehammer, but ran off when the victim eyed him through the hole he had just made.

A few days later, Goode allegedly confronted him at their job, police said. This time he allegedly threatened his victim with a knife, but ran off after he was told that the police had been called.

Goode was ultimately apprehended on November 4. Cops reportedly found him back at work, officials said.

Burglary spree bust

A 17-year-old thief and a younger accomplice have been arrested for a series of burglaries in East Flatbush, cops from the 67th Precinct announced this week.

Officials said that Keenan Telemaque and his accomplice, who is younger than 16 and unable to be named, admitted to several break-ins starting on September 20 and ending on October 20.

After their arrest last week, Telemaque and his partner admitted to entering a home on East 38th Street between Avenue D and Clarendon Road on September 20 and homes on Linden Boulevard near East 34th Street and East 39th Street near Linden Boulevard on October 8.

The duo was apprehended shortly after their last heist – a home on East 39th Street near Clarendon Road – on October 20.

In nearly all of the heists, Telemaque would let his pint-sized friend wriggle through a window that they had forced open, police alleged.

The teen’s partner would then open the door for him before they searched the place for electronics, jewelry, cash and video games, police alleged.

During one of the break-ins, Telemaque and his partner had to force open a door with a crowbar that was ultimately left at the scene, officials alleged.

Cops charged the duo with multiple counts of burglary, grand larceny, criminal trespass and petit larceny.

Fingered

A 20-year-old mugger and home-invader was done in by his own fingerprints, officials said this week.

Police said that Peter Antoine was charged with burglary and robbery on November 9 – about two months after he and his crew allegedly barged into a resident’s East Flatbush home on East 51st Street.

His 18-year-old victim said that Antoine and his accomplices allegedly forced his way into his apartment at 1:40 p.m. on September 18.

The thieves dragged their victim to an upstairs bedroom and bound him with a T-shirt and some duct tape before ransacking his home of cash, video game equipment and a cell phone, officials alleged.

Cops called to the scene after the break-in managed to lift a fingerprint in a closet.

The print was ultimately connected to Antoine, said officials, adding that the 20-year-old’s accomplices were still at large.

Baby’s death investigated

Officials from the city’s medical examiner’s office have been charged with finding out what killed an eight-week-old baby from Borough Park.

Police were called to Maimonides Medical Center, 4802 10th Avenue, just before 1 a.m. on November 14 on a report that a baby that had just been brought to the hospital had died.

The baby died after it was transported from a home on 17th Avenue near 49th Street by Hatzolah Volunteer Ambulance Service.

An exact cause of death had not been determined as this paper went to press.

Anyone with information is urged to contact police at (800) 577-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.

Catty conversation

Two young women were arrested last week in connection with a cutting cat fight on Ocean Avenue and Glenwood Road.

Officials said that 18-year-old Luidgine Faustin and 19-year-old Sabrine Belizare were both charged with assault in the third degree, menacing, criminal possession of a weapon and harassment in connection with the September 17 attack.

Their victim alleged that Belizare and Faustin threw a bottle at her that afternoon during an argument, leaving her with a scratch to the face and a deep cut to the hand that required stitches at a local hospital.

Clara St. killing investigated

Investigators are continuing their search for the person responsible for gunning down a man on All Saints’ Day.

Police said that the victim, whose name had not been released, was found shot in the head at 11:30 a.m. on November 1 just as residents of Clara Street in Kensington were starting their Sunday.

Responding paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene.

Initial reports indicated that the victim was shot multiple times in the head. The shooter may have been wearing a Halloween mask, cops were told.

Police said that they have tentatively identified the victim, but had yet to confirm the victim’s identity with family members. No motive was forthcoming as this paper went to press.

Investigators are reportedly working on the theory that the victim may have been shot in the car moments before his body was left on Clara Street. Some residents recall hearing gunshots that morning.

Cops are asking anyone with information regarding this incident to come forward.

Calls can be made to the NYPD CrimeStoppers hotline at (800) 577-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.

Club shooting investigated

One person was dead and two others were wounded following an argument outside a neighborhood nightclub, police said.

Cops from the 67th Precinct said that they responded to a call of shots fired on Clarkson Avenue near East 51st Street at 4:21 a.m. on November 3.

When they arrived at the scene, they found two men on the ground suffering from gunshot wounds.

Both men were rushed to Kings County Hospital where one of the victims, a 21-year-old who had been shot in the head, died of his injuries. The second man, 18, was listed in stable condition after being treated for a gunshot wound to the neck.

A few minutes later, a 26-year-old woman wounded in the same skirmish came into the hospital
