The off-duty cop shot in the hand on Father’s Day may never regain full use of it, his mother told The Post yesterday.

“They operated twice already,” said Judy Koch.

Joseph Koch was released from Jamaica Hospital yesterday.

He was shot when he helped break up a fight between a Queens woman and her ex.
