A 26-year-old Queens construction worker was killed and three others seriously injured yesterday when a falling scaffold sent cinderblocks raining down on them, officials said.

The accident occurred at 9:35 a.m. on Queens Boulevard in Elmhurst. The survivors suffered trauma and multiple fractures and were in serious condition at Elmhurst Hospital.
