A 17-year-old Harlem boy was fatally shot yesterday by a man who was turned away from a party at his family’s bodega, cops said.

Ruben Larios was attending a party at the Maliniche Deli near the Harlem River Drive in Hamilton Heights when someone he knew tried to come inside and was asked to leave, cops said.

The unwanted guest was so enraged at the diss that when he ran into Larios at about 11:30 p.m. in the lobby of 381 Edgecombe Ave., he shot him twice in the chest.

Larios was taken to Harlem Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

There are no arrests at this time.
