A Brooklyn home health aide is accused of really cleaning up.

Kereem Hibbert, 26, allegedly called up the woman for whom she was caring and confessed to stealing $2,500 from her Midwood apartment.

The catch is that the victim, who had stuffed the money into a drawer, had no idea her money was missing.

Hibbert was picked up Wednesday and charged with grand larceny, petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property.
