A teen with no arms was robbed on Staten Island by three cruel crooks who laughed as he tried to run after them, sources said.

The handicapped 18-year-old was at a strip mall on Forest Avenue in November when the three took his phone, according to law enforcement sources.

Cops are looking for two young men and a young woman in connection to the robbery.
