An elderly man was struck by an 18-wheeler — then run over by a heartless motorist who got out of her car to take a look before casually leaving the scene in Brooklyn, the surveillance video above shows.

The 93-year-old victim was jay-walking near Eastern Parkway when the tractor trailer, traveling southbound on Albany Avenue, struck him at 11:12 a.m. in Crown Heights, according to police.

It wasn’t immediately clear if the trucker knew he struck the man and he did not stop, cops said.

Moments later a woman in a black four-door sedan ran him over and stopped, according to police.

She was caught on video slowly approaching the man’s body before strolling away.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene and his identity is still pending proper family notification.

The woman’s car had a sticker on the back passenger side rear window.

Police are trying to identify the drivers and anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
