This guy’s a wheel jerk.

A heartless thief drove off on a motorized wheelchair he stole from outside an upscale restaurant last month while its owner — a 68-year-old stroke victim — was sitting down to dinner with his daughter.

The lazy crook was caught on tape outside the Palm Too restaurant on Second Avenue making a slow-speed getaway on the Florida man’s Jet 3 Ultra Jazzy Power Chair.

A witness reported seeing the crook zip up Second Avenue, presumably at the chair’s top speed — 4 mph.

Cops held off on releasing news of the theft — which took place the evening of July 20 — while pursuing leads, a source said.
